Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms cover your use of Nomly (nomly.cc). They're written to be readable — if anything is unclear, email us at hello@nomly.cc.
What Nomly does
Nomly generates domain name ideas with AI, checks whether they appear to be available, and compares prices across third-party registrars. We are not a registrar — we do not sell or register domains. When you click through to register a domain, you buy it from that registrar under their terms, and we may earn an affiliate commission.
Accounts
You can use Nomly without an account for a limited number of free searches. Signing in with Google unlocks a weekly free allowance, saved domains, and search history. You're responsible for activity under your account. Keep your Google login secure.
Searches and credits
Logged-in accounts include 2 free standard searches per week, resetting Monday. Additional searches use credits, which you can buy in one-time packs. Credits never expire and are non-transferable. Viewing results and clicking registrar links is always free — only generating new names consumes an allowance or credits.
Availability accuracy
Availability and pricing are best-effort and can change at any moment. A domain shown as available may be taken by the time you reach the registrar, and prices may differ at checkout. Always confirm on the registrar's site before purchasing.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service — no automated scraping, no attempts to bypass the free-search limits, and no using Nomly to generate names that infringe trademarks or break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
No warranty & liability
Nomly is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from domain decisions, availability inaccuracies, or registrar transactions, which are between you and the registrar.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. See also our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
